Top Alliance is a subsidiary of Prime True Tech and operates within its iGaming division as a game provider and aggregator. The company primarily helps businesses obtain licences in the iGaming industry and provides consulting services to support their regulatory and operational needs.
The Role
Top Alliance is hiring a Compliance Assistant to support its iGaming operations. You will maintain compliance procedures, monitor regulatory requirements, identify risks, and work with internal teams to keep operations compliant.
Previous iGaming experience is not required. Experience in compliance, banking, fintech, payments, legal services, auditing, insurance, or another regulated industry is welcome.
Responsibilities
- Monitor relevant iGaming laws, regulations, and licence requirements
- Maintain compliance policies, controls, and records
- Support licensing applications, renewals, audits, and regulatory submissions
- Review KYC, AML, sanctions-screening, and transaction-monitoring processes
- Support responsible gaming and player-protection procedures
- Review advertising, promotions, bonuses, and customer communications
- Assess compliance risks involving new products, clients, and partners
- Investigate incidents and prepare internal compliance reports
- Provide compliance guidance and training to employees
Qualifications
- Experience in compliance, risk, AML, auditing, legal services, finance, or another regulated field
- Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills
- High attention to detail and professional judgment
- Ability to interpret regulations and develop practical procedures
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Interest in learning iGaming compliance requirements
- iGaming experience or a compliance certification is an asset, not a requirement
