Job Summary
We are looking for friendly and reliable team members to join our fruit and bubble tea shop.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using the POS system, including Micros POS.
- Prepare drink and food items according to established recipes and standards while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness at the counter area, including regular sanitation of surfaces and equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food supplies and reporting shortages.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with food handling practices, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Experience with cashiering duties is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

- Intermediate English level.
