Join our dynamic team as a Laundry and Customer Service Associate, where your energy and attention to detail.
We are looking for a friendly hard-working person to join our team. You must be able to work in a hot environment and have good people skills. No experience necessary as we are willing to train.. Duties include serving customers at counter, cash, and doing laundry. Must be fluent in English and writing names as you will be required to enter names into computer.
Shifts would be 2-3 days per week from 11-7 Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
- Operate laundry equipment efficiently to wash, dry, fold, and organize guest linens and personal items with precision and care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Assist guests with their laundry needs, providing friendly guidance and prompt service
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns related to laundry services or other hospitality needs
- Support the cleaning team by maintaining high standards of cleanliness .
- Follow established procedures for handling delicate fabrics and special laundry requests
- Ensure all laundry processes comply with health and safety regulations while delivering top-quality service
Requirements
- Knowledge of laundry operations, cleaning techniques, and sanitation standards
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Attention to detail to ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Flexibility to work various shifts, 11-7 Mon-Friday
