Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic outreach. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales environments. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish language skills considered a plus. Duties
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients and existing customers to promote products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-up and personalized communication
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet their business objectives
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales effectively
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies
- Engage in business development activities to expand the customer base and increase revenue streams
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to enhance sales strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or technology-related sales roles
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Knowledge of marketing principles and telemarketing techniques
- Ability to understand technical products or services and convey complex information clearly
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to business development
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up capabilities
- Education in construction estimation, construction engineering, construction management, structural engineering or architecture is required
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction or construction material supply.
Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
