Position Overview:
Join us as a Customer Service Representative in our Supply Chain team to bring products from our distribution centres to nearly 2,500 grocery and pharmacy retail stores nationally, and ultimately the homes of millions of Canadians. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain you will collaborate with Store employees to responds to telephone and email inquiries regarding store level marketing and logistics issues. At Loblaw, we put the customer at the center of everything we do and our Customer Service Representatives but the Stores at the center of everything they do.
What you’ll do:

Respond to calls and emails to provide first level customer service for stores, resolves issues working within the Call Centre Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and escalates issues to the appropriate person or department.

Utilize internal tracking systems to track calls and emails.

Identify recurring issues to determine and document possible solutions and assist with resolutions.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues with focus on service level agreements.

Maintain knowledge regarding current marketing programs, Distribution Centre issues, and Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix Customer Service initiatives to provide insightful responses.

Work flexibly, including some weekends and statutory holidays.
What you’ll need:

Work experience in supply chain, retail operations, distribution and/or completion of Secondary School.

Detail oriented with good time management skills.
-
Ability to communicate with empathy and respect in a clear and concise manner with colleagues across the business including senior leaders.

Ability to work well independently and also collaboratively with people to solve problems.
-
Ability to problem solve and make connections of inter-related work process to find solutions.
-
Experience with Microsoft office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint to produce reports, documentation and presentations.

Knowledge of logistic procedures in a retail call centre environment.
