Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Window/Door Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate installation of windows and doors in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The installer will ensure that all installations meet quality standards and adhere to safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Install windows and doors according to specifications and building codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, measuring, and fitting materials.
- Perform caulking and sealing to ensure weatherproof installations.
- Assist with restoration projects as needed, including construction painting and flooring installation.
- Collaborate with other trades such as plumbing and electrical when necessary for seamless installations.
- Maintain a clean work environment and follow safety protocols at all times.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in carpentry or construction is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction techniques is essential.
- Experience in caulking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required for successful installations.

Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
