Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated semi retired or retired person river to join our team. This is year round part-time job. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle lifting bags and suitcases as part of airport trips.
Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring that items are secured and handled properly to prevent damage.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Assist in the planning of delivery routes to optimize efficiency and reduce delays.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driving license (CDL) class 4 unrestricted referred; experience in commercial driving is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to perform lifting as required, with a focus on safety and proper lifting techniques.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A clean driving record with no major violations is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
