Job Summary
Warehouse on Wheels is looking for a proven General Manager to own the full P&L of a trailer leasing branch. You will be the face of WOW in your market — growing revenue, keeping a high-quality fleet compliant and on lease, and building the team and customer relationships that drive long-term results. This is an operator’s role: you run the branch like a business, set pricing strategy, manage assets, and are accountable for every metric on the dashboard.
Required Skills & Experience
Industry & Operational Expertise
- 8–10 years of experience in trailer/transportation leasing, fleet management, or heavy equipment rental
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Track record of building and growing a B2B customer base — not just maintaining accounts, but winning new ones
Systems & Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint — uses these tools to build reports and communicate results
Financial & Analytical Acumen
- Owns a P&L — has developed and managed a site budget in collaboration with finance leadership
Leadership & People Management
- Has directly hired, developed, and managed a multi-role team (service techs, CSRs, drivers, office staff)

Pay: $125,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
