The Career Foundation is seeking a full-time Front-of-House Supervisor on behalf of one of our employer partners, a Major Chain Restaurant in the Dixon Rd & Hwy 27 area.
Pay - $19-$21 + weekly tips
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and act as an ambassador for the brand.
- Deliver and support exceptional guest service while fostering long-term guest relationships.
- Assist the General Manager with all aspects of daily restaurant operations.
- Work closely with the leadership team to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Support team communication and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee cash handling, complete daily cash-outs, and investigate variances.
- Ensure high standards of service and operational excellence are maintained.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred.
- Hospitality or Culinary Management degree or diploma considered an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
