Overview
We are hiring 3 Spray Foam Installers and 3 Spray Foam helpers. In this position, you will utilize your construction knowledge and hands-on skills to install spray foam insulation on various structures.
Duties
- Set up work areas, including scaffolding, ladders, and protective coverings
- Mix and apply spray foam insulation per project and safety requirements
- Use hand and power tools to assist with installation tasks
- Keep job sites clean and dispose of waste properly
- Work with team members to complete projects on time
- Follow all safety procedures to prevent incidents and injuries
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or insulation installation is considered an asset
- Candidates with a valid spray foam certification will be given preference
- Working knowledge of construction safety standards and safe work procedures
- Physically capable of working in varying weather conditions and lifting up to 50 lbs as required
- Valid drivers license
Employment Terms
- 3-month probationary period
- 40 - 60 hours per week
Pay
- Spray Foam Installer - $40 - $50 hourly
- Spray Foam Helper - $20 - $25 hourly
