Liquor Planet Millstream is looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Store Manager to join our team!

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Store manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, leading and motivating a team, providing clear directions & support to all team members while ensuring our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining strong merchandising standards, managing inventory, staff recruitment, scheduling, training, employee relations, and performance management while creating a positive and productive workplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail staff
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure the store runs efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
- Drive sales and work toward achieving store targets and goals
- Manage inventory, receiving, ordering, and stock levels
- Ensure shelves, displays, coolers, and promotional areas are fully stocked and visually appealing
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation
- Scheduling, staff training, onboarding, and performance management
- Ensure all company policies, procedures, and liquor regulations are followed
- Monitor opening/closing procedures, and loss prevention
- Work closely with management and purchasing teams on promotions, new products, and seasonal initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer experience, and store operations
- Lead by example and foster a positive, respectful, team-oriented work environment
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate is:
- An experienced retail or liquor-store leader with 1+ year of experience in management, or 2+ years of supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- A confident and effective communicator
- Organized, reliable, and able to prioritize in a busy environment
- Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership
- Sales-driven with a strong understanding of customer service
- Experienced in coaching and developing employees
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts
- Serving It Right certified or willing to obtain certification
- Previous management and liquor store experience is an asset

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
