1. Channel & Partner Event Execution (Primary Focus)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B partner events across Canada
- Manage tradeshows, roadshows, lunch & learns, executive hospitality events, and sponsorship activations
- Own venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, contracts, and budgeting
- Manage registration platforms, attendee communications, and on-site logistics
- Act as on-site lead ensuring seamless execution
- Create structured post-event ROI reports tied to leads and partner performance
2. Vendor & MDF Program Coordination
- Work directly with vendor channel marketing teams (e.g., Fortinet, EV partners, hardware vendors)
- Support co-branded initiatives and manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF)
- Track budget utilization and ensure compliance with vendor guidelines
- Align event objectives with vendor quarterly priorities
3. Brand & Creative Alignment
- Collaborate on signage, booth design, event collateral, and presentation materials
- Ensure consistent brand presence across ITD, EMS, and EV divisions
- Coordinate production vendors for printed and experiential assets
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align event strategies with Sales pipeline objectives
- Coordinate executive participation where required
- Work closely with internal marketing team on content amplification
