Job Details
The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative, accounting, and office operations for the company. This role manages payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general office administration to help ensure efficient business operations. The Office Administrator works closely with management, field staff, vendors, customers, and subcontractors to maintain accurate records, support financial processes, and keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration
- Processing Accounts Payable & Receivables
- Assist management with budget tracking, cost reporting, and job cost documentation
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in business, office administration, bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience processing payroll, handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, &/or experience in accounting software is considered an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
