What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process
- Build lasting relationships by providing helpful, pressure-free service
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds, test drives, and product demonstrations
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer information using dealership systems
- Coordinate appointments, vehicle deliveries, and customer follow-ups
- Stay informed about Toyota vehicles, features, programs, and inventory
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
- Help keep the showroom and vehicle displays organized and presentation-ready
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping people
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working toward goals
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and social media
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset
- Automotive knowledge is helpful, but not required
