As a key member of our global ERP implementation, Project Horizon, the OCM ERP Regional Support Lead will report to the Global OCM Leader and play a critical role in identifying the difference between how things are done today and how they will be done in the future. These insights will directly inform the training and communications strategy as well as the targeted organization changes that are required to support our new way of working.
Specific accountabilities will be to:
Ensure the regional specific information is captured, to support the OCM workstream (audience details, organisational structure, etc.)
Review and participate in the development of the change management strategy
Coordinate activities for business role mapping
Provide regional input into training and communication materials
Ensure regional communication coordination & validation
Coordinate regional training logistics
Participate in the change impact analysis of all key stakeholders
Validate training content to ensure that the change is clearly and accurately reflected. Work with the business SMEs to identify the case for change in the training approach
Work closely with the HR Organizational Design Lead to design target organisation and role changes required by the implementation of the new processes and solution
Ensure the change management plan and tactics are executed, and provide feedback on what is working and where adjustments are required
Required competencies and skills:
Diversified OCM experience to work within the team and bring the regional perspective
Good regional understanding of stakeholders/organisation/processes to bring key input to the OCM partners
A track record of challenging the status quo – looking for better and more efficient ways of operation
Ability to influence and be a strong change agent as part of the regional ERP leadership team
Experience with cross-enterprise and/or global initiatives
In-depth experience/knowledge of Oracle
Experience with digital transformations and / or technology implementations
Strong ability to lead through influence vs. direct control
Ability to recognize what will need to be done differently in the future to operate successfully
Proven ability to both develop and execute on strategy with a ‘roll up your sleeves’ type approach to your work
Exceptional understanding of change management principles with proven, practical application
Post-secondary education in Business, HR or a related discipline.
6-8 years of progressive change management experience
Direct experience leading the Organization Change Management stream of an ERP implementation, ideally an Oracle implementation
Organized and able to connect the dots across various project work streams to deliver cohesive and seamless change communications
Superb communication and presentation skills (oral and written) with ability to express ideas clearly and concisely using a mix of data and qualitative insights
Bilingualism in French & English highly recommended
Proven ability in developing relationships and networks across organizations and at all levels
Ability to communicate with an executive audience and translate complexity effectively to support communication materials and solution development
Execution oriented, strategic change and transformation mindset
Project/program management experience
Experience leading change in a professional services environment is ideal.
