Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, supervising, and supporting students in a clinical setting while ensuring high standards of patient care and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide students during clinical placements
- Provide hands-on training and demonstrate clinical procedures
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and safety protocols
- Support students in developing practical skills and confidence
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a PSW (Personal Support Worker) or RN (Registered Nurse)
- Strong knowledge of clinical practices and patient care
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Teaching or mentoring experience is an asset
- Valid certification/license (if applicable)
