Job Description
We are hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining our products and services, increasing sales through professional upselling and cross-selling, meeting sales targets, and helping maintain a positive customer experience.
This role is best suited for someone who is confident in sales, goal-driven, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and respectful manner
- Explain products and services clearly to customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services where appropriate
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up with customers when required
- Support the business in collecting customer feedback and reviews
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, sales, and follow-ups
- Work with the team to improve overall customer satisfaction and sales performance
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales, upselling, or customer service sales experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working toward sales targets
- Professional, reliable, and motivated
- Ability to explain services clearly and confidently
- Weekend availability required
- Automotive or service-based sales experience is considered an asset
Pay
based on experience, plus commission opportunities.

Pay: $3,500.00-$4,500.00 per month
