Profile: Our client is a manufacturer of construction materials and is looking for a bilingual, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join their team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will play a key role in executing the company's marketing initiatives by creating engaging content, developing marketing materials, coordinating projects, and supporting both digital and traditional marketing campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, organized marketing professional who enjoys balancing graphic design, content creation, project coordination, and marketing execution in a collaborative environment. Approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to digital marketing initiatives, including website and social media management, while the remaining 50% will focus on traditional marketing activities such as print collateral, promotional materials, and campaign support.

Functions:
- Design brochures, flyers, catalogues and sales collateral
- Create digital ads and social media graphics
- Create social media posts
- Write marketing copy for campaigns
- Update the company website
- Schedule and publish social media content
- Help execute email marketing campaigns
- Coordinate deadlines with internal departments
- Work with printers, agencies and outside suppliers
Requirements:
Development vs Maintenance: N/A

Education: DEC or Bachelor and equivalent experience
Training: On the job training provided

Years of experience: Minimum of one (2) years of experience in a similar role
