Responsibilities

- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as needed for optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
Skills
- Proven experience working in hospital settings with exposure to acute care environments
- Strong background in pediatric physiotherapy with the ability to adapt treatments for children of various ages
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient needs
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physical therapy and rehabilitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced clinical settings
- Effective communication skills for explaining treatment plans clearly to patients and team members
