Diamond Detail Cleaning & Lifestyle Services is seeking a dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Casual Residential Cleaner to join our growing team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional cleaning services to clients' homes while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining the high standards our company is known for.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and enjoys helping create clean, comfortable spaces for others. Previous residential cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person who shares our values and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces to company standards.
- Complete deep cleaning, maintenance cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning as assigned.
- Change bed linens and complete laundry duties when requested by clients.
- Restock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Safely use company-approved cleaning products and equipment.
- Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures to ensure consistent quality.
- Communicate professionally with clients and management regarding scheduling, concerns, or special requests.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items encountered during cleaning.
- Take before-and-after photos when required.
- Maintain client confidentiality and respect clients' homes, belongings, and privacy.
- Represent Diamond Detail Cleaning & Lifestyle Services professionally at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous residential cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or related experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working around pets and in a variety of home environments.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered strong assets.
Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must successfully complete a criminal record/background check before employment.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain excellent attendance.
- Must be able to maintain strict client confidentiality.
- Must be willing to follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Must be available to work weekdays, with occasional evenings or weekends as required.
- Must be willing to travel to client locations throughout the service area.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
