We are looking for a Full-Time Regional Operations Supervisor to join our Sherwood Park Corporate Office. This role will involve operational leadership over several locations across Western Canada, involving a minimum of monthly visits to each of our six locations.

What We are Looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years of production management experience
- Minimum of 5 years of production experience
- Experience in fleet vehicle logistics is an asset
What you Would Do:
· Travel to our various facilities in Western Canada (Vernon BC, Regina SK, Steinbach MB, and Grande Prairie, Medicine Hat, and Stettler AB.
· Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors across locations
· Review safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture
· Report or resolve deficiencies as required
· Coordinate maintenance and downtime processes between locations
· Train and develop leaders within the company for succession planning and promotions
· Conduct in-depth plant inspections and procedure reviews
· Help create, update, and enforce use of standard operating procedures & safe work procedures
· Direct regional teams to effectively achieve cross‑training and knowledge transfer to achieve company goals.
· Travel (via company car) to locations across BC, AB, SK, and MB
· Additional duties as required
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
