We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our resort facilities. Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on operational equipment and facility infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and refer electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues to the appropriate service team vendor.
- Lead maintenance projects, supervise junior team members, and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a facilities maintenance environment
- Mechanical knowledge of groundskeeping and maintenance equipment
- Ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to supervise teams effectively
