Pega Lead System Architect
Long Term contract
Toronto, ON – Hybrid
Role Descriptions:
1. Solution Architecture Design
Define end-to-end Pega application architecture and design scalable| reusable solutions Translate business requirements into Pega case management workflows and technical design Establish enterprise class structure| rulesets| and application layering strategy Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails| performance standards| and best practices
2. Integration Technical Leadership
Design and implement enterprise integrations (REST| Kafka| APIs| DB| external systems) Define API-first and event-driven architectures for high-volume processing Provide governance for reusable integration patterns and frameworks
3. Development Oversight Governance
Lead end-to-end SDLC delivery (Agile Scrum) for Pega applications Conduct design reviews| code reviews| and performance optimization Ensure quality| scalability| and production readiness of solutions Enforce LSA governance standards and guardrail compliance
4. Team Leadership Mentoring
Lead onshore offshore Pega teams| providing technical direction Mentor developers (SSASA) and ensure adherence to architecture Support Sprint planning| backlog grooming| and story decomposition
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with business stakeholders and BAs to define to-be solutions Provide technical feasibility analysis and solution options Participate in client architecture discussions and solution presentations
6. Deployment Support
Oversee release management| deployment strategies| and environment setup Support production issue resolution and continuous improvement Ensure monitoring| logging| and system resiliency
Pay: $80.00-$85.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (Toronto District)
