We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring the smooth operation of their designated station. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation within your assigned section, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Serve dishes promptly and efficiently to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Assist in food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to comply with health regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Monitor stock levels within your section and communicate needs for replenishment to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience required
- CDP or strong line cook experience preferred
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Good knife skills and station organization
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
