Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative
Location: Kelowna & Okanagan Region

RM Essentials is looking for a reliable, outgoing individual to represent our brand at farmers markets, retail tastings, trade shows, and community events throughout the Okanagan.
We're a Vernon-based producer of small-batch cold-pressed seed and nut oils. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who can grow with us.
What You'll Be Doing
- Setting up and taking down market and event displays
- Transporting products and event equipment to and from events
- Offering samples and educating customers about our products
- Processing sales using our point-of-sale system
- Maintaining product inventory and event supplies
- Representing the RM Essentials brand professionally
- Assisting with retail tastings and promotional events
- Providing customer feedback and market insights
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, approachable personality
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle with hatchback, SUV, wagon, or similar cargo space
- Ability to lift and move event equipment and product inventory
- Weekend availability with some weekday opportunities
Compensation
- Starting at $23/hour
- Mileage reimbursement
- Performance-based bonuses available
- Additional commission opportunities may be available
