Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Supplement King Sales Advisor to join our retail team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting the right health and wellness supplements, provide product demonstrations, and deliver exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about health products, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele. Bilingual skills and experience in retail sales or technical sales are highly valued. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable supplements and health products
- Conduct product demos in public to educate customers on features and benefits of various supplements
- Assist with merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized product presentation
- Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately
- Educate customers on complementary products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of current product offerings, promotions, and industry trends
- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication, phone etiquette, and active listening
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers while maintaining a welcoming environment
- Support store organization by keeping shelves stocked, clean, and well-organized
- Contributing to social media posts on a daily basis as directed
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, technical sales, or merchandising is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Experience with product demos or upselling techniques is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health supplements or wellness products is beneficial but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to engage customers using phone etiquette and customer service best practices
