Digital Marketing Manager (Search & Reach Specialist) (Contract, ongoing)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across search and reach channels, including paid search (Google Ads), SEO, social media, display advertising, and video platforms.
- Own the full funnel: from awareness and traffic acquisition to conversion optimization and customer retention.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and click-to-conversion performance.
- Analyze campaign data and user behavior to continuously improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Implement A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and funnels to maximize performance.
- Track, report, and present key performance metrics, including CTR, CVR, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on search and performance-based campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in improving click-to-conversion rates and scaling paid acquisition campaigns.
- Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic display.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how organic and paid strategies complement each other.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and conversion tracking systems.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with cohesive messaging and attribution models.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in travel, tourism, or experiential marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with landing page builders and CRO tools (e.g., Unbounce, Hotjar, Optimizely).
What Success Looks Like:
- Consistently improving conversion rates across campaigns.
- Efficient scaling of paid channels while maintaining or reducing CPA.
- Strong alignment between traffic acquisition strategies and business revenue goals.
Compensation structure (hourly, contract, results-driven), and amount to be discussed in an interview. We have the flexibility to work with the candidates' preferred payment structure.
