We are looking for a positive and energetic person to fill the position of Experienced Landscaping Laborer/ Operator working under the site foreman. In this position you will be responsible for installing a variety of landscaping features including paving stones, driveways, patios, paths, natural stone, concrete retaining walls, turf and artificial turf, gardens, lawn and garden drainage, water features, and material installations such as soil, mulch, gravel, planting.
In the winter months Transformations also play a large role in snow removal in and around the Chilliwack area. By doing this it provides full-time employment for all workers throughout the season. This position is based primarily in the Chilliwack area.
The work schedule will vary depending on daylight hours throughout the season. The shifts range from a 4-day work week Monday to Thursday 10hr shifts to a 5-day work week Monday to Friday 8hr shifts with possible overtime as required.

The successful candidate must have:
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in landscaping hardscape construction.
- Ability to interpret landscape plans.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, including building structures Allon block walls, pavers, rock walls, grade work.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold.
- Strong team player, open to direction, and excellent communication skills.
- Operating 3-5 years' experience required in various types of equipment, skid steer and excavator.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work nights when needed in the winter months doing snow removal running various types of equipment such as plow trucks, skid steers, snow blowers.
Compensation for this position is $25-$35 per hour plus 4% vacation pay based on experience. Medical and Dental will go into effect after a 3-month probationary period.
