We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Inside Customer Service Representative to join our small, collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with digital systems, supporting customers and sales teams, and taking ownership of their work in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer and sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide friendly, professional support via phone and email
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and assist with accounts receivable
- Work within digital platforms including ordering portals, carrier systems, and website tools
- Coordinate shipping using online platforms (UPS, Canpar, etc.)
- Maintain accurate data using QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel
- Collaborate closely with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Occasionally assist with light warehouse tasks (up to 40 lbs)
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in customer service, office administration, or operations support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, French an asset
- Comfortable working across multiple digital systems and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel skills important)
- Experience with QuickBooks or ERP systems is an asset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $21–$24 per hour, based on experience
