Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders for beverages and deliver them promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to brand standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures
Requirements:
-Must possess valid Smart Serve certification
- Previous experience in food/beverage service preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team - Familiarization and knowledge of menu items and limited time offers
