Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant Tactical Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
MUST BE OVER 6 FEET and ABLE TO LIFT 150LBS.
Duties
-Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and security of premises
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms
- Respond to emergencies and security threats
- Enforce laws and company policies
- Perform access control duties
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents
- Operate on-site fire panel in case of fire emergencies
- Collaborate and guide vendors on site.
Qualifications
- Valid security license, First Aid and CPR.
- Over 2 years of proven experience in security-related roles such as surveillance, law enforcement, loss prevention, or CCTV monitoring is preferred
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods
