Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, mixing and serving drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience. This role requires a strong work ethic, a friendly personality, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and drink selections.
- Ensure a clean and organized bar and dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Adhere to all food safety and liquor regulations.
- Assist in restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold Par4 Kitchen & Bar’s standards of service and hospitality.
Qualifications:
- Must be 19 years old and have a Serving-It-Right
- Previous experience as a server and/or bartender preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drink mixing and serving.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a team player.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
