About The Opportunity
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high level administrative support to Canada Guaranty’s CEO (and senior executives as needed) with professionalism and confidentiality, also serving as a liaison to the company’s Board of Directors. This role serves as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing complex schedules, coordinating executive communications, supporting key business initiatives, and ensuring the efficient operation of the CEO’s office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:

Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and external stakeholders

Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, prioritizing and coordinating competing demands on the CEO's time

Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and executive communications

Support the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects

Conduct research and gather information to support executive decision-making

Prepare reports, analyses, summaries, and recommendations for leadership meetings

Coordinate and support Board of Directors meetings, executive leadership meetings, and company events

Coordinate travel logistics, expense reporting, and budget tracking

Coordinate communications with customers, partners, vendors, investors, and community stakeholders as required

Manage confidential and sensitive information with the highest degree of discretion
Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, an equivalent combination of education and professional experience may be considered

At least 5 years of executive administrative support experience, preferably supporting C-suite executives, with a proven ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems

Previous experience managing confidential information and interacting with senior stakeholders

Impeccable organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and multitask effectively under pressure

High level of integrity and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when managing sensitive information

Strong written and verbal communication abilities, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence and strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, anticipating needs and taking initiative

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and other relevant tools/software
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience managing events for senior stakeholders

Experience interacting with government & public officials and managing relationships

The salary range for this position ranges from $85,000 to $105,000. Offers are determined by a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, along with internal equity.
