Are you a "people person" with a knack for making a great first impression? Special Event Rentals is looking for a professional and energetic Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in starting their experience with us on a high note. Whether it's a dream wedding or a large corporate gala, you are the guide who helps bring their vision to life.
A day in the life of...
- Greet, assess, and direct customers to the correct team member, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage incoming calls and walk-in customers to ensure every inquiry is met with high-level customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep our showroom “event-ready.” This includes tidying up, resetting displays, and ensuring all product samples are beautifully presented.
- Give our customers the best services on their terms-this requires being flexible and open to occasionally performing other duties to help the team succeed.
