A Day in the life of a Residential Sales Consultant:
Arrive in our Burnaby Office and receive a full route of customers anxiously awaiting your visit for today! Using your COIT Cell phone - Call and arrange your eta's with them. Drop off your paperwork from the previous day with your manager or dispatcher. Take your assigned COIT Van and set off to your territory for the day - arrive at your first customer about 9am. Visit with these wonderful people in their homes - some repeat customers and some new customers, informing them about all the ways COIT can help them with their specialty in-home cleaning needs such as: Furnace & Air Duct Cleaning, Natural Stone Restoration, Tile & Grout Cleaning and Sealing, Specialty Drapery, Blinds, and Fine Area Carpet Cleaning, Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Wood Floor Cleaning and Care. etc.
Provide the customer with a free no-obligation estimate, but do assist them in coordinating getting the work done on a day that is convenient for them - liaising with our dispatch team back at the office.

This is a permanent and full time commission based position with an annual guarantee commensurate with experience. Company Benefits offered as well as other perks and spiffs. Use of company vehicle, company cell phone etc.
If you are a warm and engaging sales representative with the ability to put others at ease but also close deals, with a minimum of two or more years of sales experience, this maybe the fit for you. We look for the best quality people and will pay to train you all the industry info you need to know.
Must have current BC Driver's Licence

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
