We offer Mandarin, Cantonese, French and English programs for children ages 3–14, with a strong focus on communication, literacy, and confidence-building.
Position: Mandarin Teacher
Location: Richmond, BC
Start Date: As soon as possible
Part-time
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Mandarin teacher to join our growing team, especially to support our expanding preschool programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach Mandarin classes to children ages 3–14 (with strong focus on preschool levels)
* Develop and adapt engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
* Foster a nurturing, structured, and positive classroom environment
* Support early literacy development (speaking, listening, pre-reading, and writing skills)
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
* Teach independently both in-person and online when required
Qualifications & Requirements
* **Valid ECE (Early Childhood Education) certification required**
* Bachelor’s degree (Education or related field preferred)
* Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred
* Strong Mandarin and English oral and written proficiency
* Experience working with preschool and elementary-aged children
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Ability to design curriculum and differentiate instruction
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Passionate about teaching and able to inspire young learners
