Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salon Leader to oversee daily salon operations, lead a team of Service Providers, and ensure an exceptional client experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the salon’s success while fostering a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. The Salon Leader is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the salon, ensuring a high standard of client experience, team performance and operational excellence, while maintaing achievement of sales goals. This role supports a positive team culture while driving accountability, consistency, and growth across the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support the salon team in alignment with Vitality values and service standards.
- Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, communication, and guest care.
- Drive service, retail, pre-booking, and productivity performance through daily leadership and follow-up.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance conversations.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling support, desk coordination, cleanliness, and salon presentation.
- Monitor inventory, merchandising, and operational processes to help ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Address client concerns professionally and help ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Partner with company leadership to execute promotions, initiatives, and business priorities.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
