Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Carpenter to join our growing team.
Working alongside experienced carpenters and site supervisors, you will be exposed to every stage of the construction process, from demolition and foundations through framing, finishing, millwork, and cabinetry. Our goal is to develop well-rounded, versatile carpenters with a strong understanding of how a project comes together from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Assist senior carpenters and site supervisors with daily construction activities
- Participate in demolition, site preparation, and material handling
- Assist with concrete formwork and foundation construction
- Learn and perform residential and commercial framing
- Install doors, trim, siding, and other finishing carpentry elements
- Assist with cabinetry, millwork, and custom carpentry projects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow project plans, specifications, and company quality standards
- Contribute positively to team culture and project success
Qualifications
- Registered apprentice carpenter or willingness to pursue an apprenticeship
- Basic toolset required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions

Schedule & Compensation
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, typically 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Wage is based on experience.
