Job Summary:
You are a Journeyperson Carpenter with experience in commercial construction projects. You will be an integral part of the Ledcor team working in the Winnipeg area on a new build that has a 20-month schedule. We are looking for hardworking, experienced, and energetic people.

Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Detail-oriented with a passion for learning the construction industry.

Experience in the commercial construction field.

Able to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.

Must have at least 5 years of carpentry experience in commercial construction.

Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
Work Conditions
-
Daily shift Monday – Friday, working 8 hours per day

Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Description

Complete carpentry tasks as directed by the superintendent or foreman on site.

Install guard rails for WS&H safety requirements
-
Erect structures as required for heating and hoarding scope
-
Install backing at partition walls
-
Install temporary hoarding including doors for safety and heating requirements

Concrete forming as required throughout the project
