Club Kitchen is Yaletown's newest food hall, housing 13 of Vancouver's top restaurants under one roof. Customers can order from multiple restaurants on one bill, with a single delivery fee and convenient options for delivery, pick-up, or dine-in at Club Kitchen's central Yaletown location.
We are looking for a hourly concierge who is available to work flexible shifts during our operating hours. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, managing food delivery orders, coordinating with kitchens, and troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate is highly organized and excels in problem-solving.
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers warmly, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Manage food delivery orders and liaise with drivers for efficient pickups.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation.

Troubleshoot issues related to orders, deliveries, and customer concerns.

Optimize food delivery app systems and processes for efficiency.
Requirements:

Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in a restaurant environment

Familiarity with food delivery apps/systems is an asset

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong problem-solving ability in resolving operational issues

Available to work on weekends and varied shifts including holidays
