Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Designer & Manager to oversee the various departments of the business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, art and the craft of custom picture framing.
Duties
- Lead and coordinate the various departments (custom picture framing/printing/carpentry)
- Sales and customer service
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Stay updated on industry trends in interior design
- Proficiency in digital design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
- Skills in interior design
- Ability to lead a creative team effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail
- Background in arts and design
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
