Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance and directions to enhance their visit
- Manage guest inquiries through friendly communication, both in person and over the phone
- Facilitate guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately, including cash handling when necessary
- Assist with food service operations, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Engage with children through activities or guided tours, creating a fun and safe environment for young visitors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times
- Support event setup and breakdown as needed, helping to create seamless guest experiences
Skills
- Experience in customer service , demonstrating patience and engaging communication skills
- Strong public speaking abilities to confidently interact with diverse groups of guests
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, approachable demeanor
- Proven guest services experience, including handling inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Cash handling proficiency to manage transactions accurately and securely
- Food service experience is a plus, with knowledge of hygiene standards and food safety practices
- Background in hospitality or related fields that emphasize service excellence and guest satisfaction
