We are seeking a superintendent assistant for a residential building in Oakville. (Possibility for live-in, apartment included in compensation).
Duties:
- Be on duty 2 nights a week from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
- Be on duty from 5:00 p.m. Friday to 8:00 a.m. Monday on alternative weekends, plus Superintendent(s) days off plus holidays and on call at other times, subject to exceptions
- Cleaner every other weekend (4 hours per day)
*Must have cleaning experience and minor maintenance knowledge
