Manitoba Finance is seeking a Maintenance Analyst. The position offers reliable and full time employment with a defined pension plan. Qualifications:Essential:
Post secondary education in a building infrastructure related discipline with relevant experience; and/or experience working in a computerized infrastructure operations and maintenance environment
Experience with building equipment and services
Mechanical/technical aptitude and knowledge of deciphering technical information and parts manuals
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Decision making skills
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to work in a team environment
Interpersonal skills
Verbal communication skills
Written communication skills
Experience with SAP

Duties:
Under the supervision of the Technical Officer, the Maintenance Analyst is responsible for the administration of the District Resource Planning (DRP) system. The Maintenance Analyst will coordinate the application of the software-assisted procedures in preventive and corrective maintenance within the province, the technical implementation of the procedures for users to implement the process flows they require in the Plant Maintenance and Material Management modules, and maintenance report generation and analysis.
