About Us: We are a values-driven residential and community gardening company. We believe that caring for the land is a way of caring for people—both our clients and our team. We specialize in the art of gardening; we focus on plant health and aesthetics. (We do not mow lawns!)
The Role: As a gardener, you will be creating beautiful outdoor spaces. You’ll work on a small team (2-3 gardeners) under the guidance of a crew lead. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working outdoors and takes pride in high-quality horticultural work.
Core Responsibilities:
- Horticultural Care: Perform expert weeding, pruning, dead-heading, and grooming of garden beds.
- Plant Management: Dividing, transplanting, and the care of bedding plants and containers.
- Soil Health: Soil amending, moisture monitoring, including the application of compost and mulch.
