Position Summary
JamFit is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Front Desk Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for families and members entering our facility. This role combines customer service, sales, and administrative responsibilities to ensure a welcoming and professional experience for every visitor.
Responsibilities
- Greet members, athletes, and guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries.
- Assist families with program registration, scheduling, and account management.
- Conduct facility tours and explain JamFit programs and services.
- Promote memberships, camps, classes, personal training, and special events.
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients to increase enrollment.
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Assist with event registration and administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Support coaches and management with day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or administration preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping customers.
- Evening and weekend availability is an asset.
