Sales & Facility Manager — Outdoor Storage Yards (Remote)
Location: Remote (Canada) — managing Winter Haven, FL and Ottawa, ON locations

We operates outdoor storage yards where contractors, fleet operators, construction companies, and equipment dealers rent secure outdoor space to park trucks, store equipment, or stage materials.

The Role
You'll wear two hats: sales (finding and closing new customers) and facility management (keeping our Winter Haven and Ottawa yards running smoothly from a distance).
Sales (roughly a quarter of your time):
- Take phone calls
- Respond emails
Facility Management (the other half):
- Oversee daily operations at Winter Haven and Ottawa yards remotely
- Coordinate with on-site staff and contractors
- Handle tenant communications — move-ins, issues, renewals, collections
- Ensure yards stay organized, secure, and presentable
- Manage scheduling, access, and basic admin
- Solve problems before they become emergencies
- Occasional site visits as needed

Compensation
- Base salary (CAD) + Bonuses
