Live events management company seeking "Events Coordinator" for part-time (leading to full-time) positions, commencing June/July 2026.
Work location: Burnaby, BC / hybrid remote.
MUST HAVE:
- 2-5+ years of professional event coordination and planning experience.
- 2-5+ years experience with office administration programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a high level of self initiative and motivation.
- Exceptional presentation skills both digitally and in person.
- Exceptional social skills.
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills.
- Proficiency in writing and communications.
- Strong work ethic, moral integrity, and positive attitude.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to multitask, and communicate well with others.
Education: Events and or Marketing related education an asset.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00-$27.50 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
