We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Administrative Coordinator & Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a full-time or part-time basis. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships through timely communication and support
- Support project management activities by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Utilize Salesforce and other SaaS tools to update client information, track interactions, and generate reports
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Contribute to marketing initiatives by preparing materials, managing outreach campaigns, and analyzing engagement metrics
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve workflow efficiency
- Support financial services operations by assisting with data entry, invoicing, and documentation tasks
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and project updates for reporting purposes
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Basic understanding of project management principles and tools
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce; SaaS experience is a plus
- Analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making processes

Pay: $46,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
