Marketing Automation Canada, established in 2008 is an email and marketing automation consultancy, specializing in expert use of marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, and Eloqua and we’re looking to expand our team.
We are looking to fill the role of a Senior Web Designer & Graphic Designer (HTML experience a plus) to join our team!
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a senior web designer to help shape the future of Marketing Automation Canada's visual experience. You will be reporting directly to the Creative Director, with a wide range of projects across multiple brands – Websites, digital marketing collateral, presentations, and much more. We work with brands such as George Brown College, Forbes, Stanford University, Nota Bank, and Mclaren Automotive.
Responsibilities for this position would include:
- Create engaging and creative graphics to visually represent the company's brand and find original solutions to briefs.
- Overseeing all design elements, from creating website wireframes to designing email and landing page templates.
- Meet with clients and team members to bring projects and ideas to life. This requires excellent communication skills and the ability to translate information clearly.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, typography, and layout techniques.
- Front-end development / opportunity to train on front-end development
- Confidence with troubleshooting front-end and design elements to see it through until a resolution has been achieved
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of typography, graphics, colour palettes and principles of design necessary to ensure a pleasant end user experience.
- Strong Experience in Sketch + Figma.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects with quick turnaround.
- Fast learner and capable of multitasking.
- Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Knowledge of Marketo, Hubspot, SFMC, & Pardot
- Experience with building websites using Wordpress & Hubspot
